AvierrCerevyn provides cosmetic skincare guidance. This policy explains how we handle your data, including your face image, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

Your image

Your selfie is analyzed to produce cosmetic appearance signals. In this product, image analysis runs on your device, and only anonymous, non-biometric signals are used to build your report. Where an image is processed on our servers, it is deleted within 24 hours of your report being generated. We retain only the derived text report.

• We never sell your image.
• Your image is never made public.
• We do not reuse your image to train models or for advertising.

Consent

We ask for your explicit consent before you upload, and we log the time consent was given. You may withdraw consent and request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Minors

Users under 18 cannot complete a paid scan without verifiable parental consent. We do not knowingly charge minors.
