AvierrCerevyn is a digital product. This policy explains when refunds apply for a paid scan.

Automatic refunds

If your payment succeeds but your report fails to generate, you are automatically refunded in full. You do not need to ask.

Delivered reports

Because the report is delivered digitally and immediately, a completed report is generally non-refundable once unlocked. We show you a free preview (your Skin Score and top clues) before payment so you know what to expect.

Something went wrong?

If you believe you were charged in error, or the report did not unlock, contact us and we will make it right. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
