Refund & Cancellation Policy

AvierrCerevyn is a digital product. This policy explains when refunds apply for a paid scan.

14-day refund promise

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. This applies whether or not you have opened your cosmetic report. To request one, email us at support@avierrcerevyn.com with the email address used at checkout and your order reference, if available.

Automatic refunds

If payment succeeds but your report fails to generate or unlock, we will issue a full refund. You do not need to wait for the 14-day window to contact us about a technical problem.

How refunds are processed

We review eligible requests promptly and return approved refunds to the original payment method. Your provider may take additional time to display the returned funds. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
